With Valentine's Day around the corner

and lots of parents, sweethearts, and friends giving out candy, it is good to be up on what candy is deemed okay and not okay for celiac folks.  I ran across this great website, Celiac Family a new blog I will be browsing and reading, and even linking, for great information. 

I feel that is is vital to any sufferer of dietary restrictions to have information at their fingertips and don't mind passing along that information and giving credit where credit is due.  So thank you, Heather, for taking the time to compile this list.
