trouble replacing campbell's cream of soups?

I am finally relieved to at last have a cream of whatever soup to replace all those recipes I would use where we would need campbells to be the base.  I now keep the mix in a container with the directions sharpie'd right onto it!

To make the mix:
1 cup dry milk
1 cup white rice flour (I use Bob's Red Mill)
2 tbsp dehydrated onion (I haven't added to mine yet)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Just mix and store this!

When ready to use:

1/4 cup mixture
1/4 cold water
1 cup hot chicken broth (GF of course)

Cook and stire over medium heat until thick and bubbly!

I am thrilled at finding this!  We have loads of quick meals that call for a cream based soup and we were disappointed we were on a hold for making our recipes for Cole until we came to this!

Enjoy!
